Samuel Joseph wanted to build a customer email journey that will go seamlessly with the the current sales process.
WHAT WE DID
Spike built a complete email journey for its customer. The email is design is bespoke and goes with his brand - simple yet considered.
People who signed up either through the sign up form or the pop-up will automatically receive a welcome message and be included on the journal update which is sent out every month.
Once the customer purchases through the website the automation will send them a Congratulations email with a how-to guide. And another email will automatically go out for feedback and a reminder that they get a discount on their purchase.
With the automation in place, Samuel Joseph was able to communicate and keep his customer engaged at every point of the sales process. There were 26 new signs up on the list.
